Requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to disapprove courses at public colleges and universities that do not charge in-state tuition rates to veterans using the Montgomery GI Bill Selected Reserve educational assistance program (Chapter 1606 of title 10)

Expands existing in-state tuition protections that previously applied only to veterans using educational benefits under chapters 30, 31, 33, and 35 of title 38 to now include Selected Reserve members

Adds individuals entitled to assistance under section 16131 of title 10 (Selected Reserve educational assistance) to the list of covered beneficiaries who must receive in-state tuition rates

Takes effect upon enactment and applies to academic periods beginning on or after August 1, 2026
