Permits a National Honor Guard and Pipe Band Exhibition on the Capitol Grounds on May 14, 2026, featuring Honor Guard demonstrations and bagpipe performances

Event preparation may begin May 7, 2026, with takedown completed by May 17, 2026; the Speaker of the House and Senate Committee on Rules and Administration may jointly designate alternative dates

Events must be free, open to the public, and arranged not to interfere with congressional operations, with conditions prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol and Capitol Police Board

Sponsors assume full responsibility for all expenses and liabilities; the Capitol Police Board will enforce restrictions on sales, advertisements, and solicitations on Capitol Grounds
