Condemns Iran's violent repression of peaceful protests that began in late December 2025, resulting in at least 3,000 reported fatalities (potentially tens of thousands) including children, along with mass arbitrary detentions and internet blackouts

Condemns Iran's sponsorship of designated terrorist organizations including Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis through provision of tens to hundreds of millions of dollars annually, plus weapons, training, and intelligence support

Demands Iran immediately cease lethal force against demonstrators, restore internet access, end arbitrary detentions, and release those imprisoned for exercising fundamental rights

Urges the President and Secretary of State to coordinate with international allies on accountability measures including targeted sanctions, diplomatic actions, and multilateral efforts

Affirms U.S. solidarity with the Iranian people in their pursuit of dignity, justice, freedom, and rule of law
