Expresses appreciation for contributions of Iranian Americans to U.S. society, including those of Baha'i, Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Zoroastrian, and nonreligious backgrounds

Acknowledges the Woman, Life, Freedom movement that began in September 2022 following Mahsa Amini's death in custody, and supports internet freedom programs to circumvent Iranian government censorship

Supports the right of all Iranians to exercise freedom of assembly, expression, and speech, and recognizes aspirations for human rights and religious tolerance

Wishes Iranian Americans and the people of Iran a prosperous new year in observance of Nowruz
