Affirms that the Air Force's Strategic Basing Action complied with law and policy, with Huntsville ranking first across 4 key factors and 21 criteria including workforce, schools, infrastructure, and costs to the Department of Defense

Commends President Trump's first administration for completing the basing process and condemns President Biden's July 31, 2023 decision to instead locate the headquarters at Colorado Springs, Colorado (ranked 5th in the selection process)

Encourages President Trump's second administration to reverse the Biden administration's decision and proceed with establishing U.S. Space Command Headquarters at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama
