Alleges Rep. Ogles abused his office by urging Attorney General Pam Bondi to deport a naturalized citizen based on political beliefs and religion

Requires Rep. Ogles to present himself in the well of the House for the pronouncement of censure, with public reading of the resolution by the Speaker
