Establishes an advisory working group to recommend two women for inclusion among the relief portraits of lawgivers displayed above the doors to the public gallery in the House chamber

Working group membership includes the Clerk and Curator of the House, the Architect of the Capitol's Curator, chairs and ranking members of the House Administration Committee and Legislative Branch Appropriations Subcommittee, and co-chairs of the Congressional Bipartisan Women's Caucus

Report must address selection of the two women, planning and funding for commissioning the portraits, installation logistics, and whether any existing relief portraits should be replaced

Working group must consult with scholars in law history and women's history, as well as Library of Congress staff

Report due within one year of the resolution's adoption or by the end of the 119th Congress, whichever comes first
