Establishes a Select Subcommittee under the House Judiciary Committee for the 119th Congress to investigate events surrounding January 6, 2021, composed of up to 8 members appointed by the Speaker (no more than 3 in consultation with the minority leader)

Grants the subcommittee broad investigative powers including authority to issue subpoenas, compel testimony by interrogatory, take depositions, and access intelligence information from the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence

Prohibits the subcommittee from holding legislative markups, limiting its function to investigation, study, and reporting only

Requires the Committee on House Administration to transfer all relevant records to the subcommittee within 7 days of the resolution's adoption

Mandates a final report be submitted to the Judiciary Committee by December 31, 2026, with the subcommittee terminating 30 days after filing the report or at the end of the 119th Congress, whichever comes first
