Recognizes the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Chosin Reservoir, which occurred from November 27 to December 13, 1950, when over 100,000 United Nations troops under X Corps fought against an estimated 150,000 Chinese forces in subzero temperatures reaching 25 degrees below zero Fahrenheit

Honors the U.S. Marine Corps 1st Marine Division, Army Regimental Combat Team 31, 7th Infantry Division, 3d Infantry Division, and Air Force and Navy aviators who flew more than 4,000 close-air support sorties during the 17-day battle

Commemorates U.S. casualties of more than 10,500 battle casualties and 7,310 nonbattle casualties (primarily frostbite), and notes 13 Medals of Honor and 78 Service Crosses were awarded—making it the second most decorated battle in U.S. history after the Battle of the Bulge

Recognizes the Hungnam Evacuation ("Operation Christmas Cargo") completed by December 24, 1950, which extracted 105,000 troops, 17,500 vehicles, 350,000 tons of cargo, and nearly 100,000 Korean civilian refugees

Encourages observance of December 1, 2025, as "Chosin Few Day" and reaffirms national gratitude to Korean conflict veterans and all who continue to serve in the Armed Forces
