Expands Medicare home infusion therapy services to include pharmacy services, drug preparation, compounding, and coordination of care documentation effective January 1, 2026

Establishes payment for each day a home infusion drug is administered regardless of whether a supplier is physically present, with 50% payment rate when supplier is not on-site

Creates a 4-year transitional payment rule (January 1, 2026 through January 1, 2030) requiring payment amounts to reflect 5 hours of infusion per therapy per calendar day

Allows nurse practitioners and physician assistants to establish and periodically review home infusion therapy plans of care, in addition to physicians

Extends coverage to "specified non-pump drugs or biologicals" (antibacterials, antifungals, antivirals administered intravenously without a durable medical equipment pump) and eliminates separate payment for supplies (tubing, catheters, dressings) already covered under home infusion therapy payments
