Mandates CMS create a federal tracking system within 2 years to measure savings from the expanded asset verification program

Requires states to submit triennial reports on eligibility renewals, asset checks conducted, and application outcomes, with the Secretary authorized to require corrective action plans for non-compliant states within 90-day cycles
