Amends the Social Security Act to add portable ultrasound tests to existing Medicare coverage for diagnostic X-ray tests under Title XVIII

Creates a separate Medicare payment for portable ultrasound transportation and set up services, equivalent to the existing payment structure for portable X-ray transportation services

Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish supplier requirements for portable ultrasound services that mirror current regulations for portable X-ray suppliers under 42 CFR Part 486

Effective date of January 1, 2027 for all services furnished under this new coverage
