Extends the statute of limitations for criminal prosecutions related to pandemic-era program violations from the standard period to 10 years after the offense was committed

Covers violations involving six major COVID relief laws: CARES Act, American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Families First Coronavirus Response Act, Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act, and related appropriations legislation

Extends the deadline for civil forfeiture actions under customs laws to 10 years after discovery of the violation, or 3 years after discovery of property involvement, whichever is later

Extends False Claims Act civil actions for pandemic-related fraud to 10 years from when the violation was committed
