Federal agencies must report their participation in AI and emerging technology standards activities through a mechanism jointly developed by NIST, State Department, and OMB

Authorizes $5,000,000 for fiscal years 2024-2028 to carry out the pilot program, with congressional briefings required starting in year three and recommendations for permanent implementation due within 2 years
