Establishes the "Fallen Servicemembers Religious Heritage Restoration Program" within the American Battle Monuments Commission to identify American-Jewish servicemembers buried in overseas U.S. military cemeteries under markers that incorrectly indicate their religion (primarily Latin Crosses instead of Stars of David)

Addresses an estimated 900 American-Jewish servicemembers from World War I and World War II who were mistakenly buried under incorrect religious markers

Requires the Commission to contract with nonprofit organizations to identify affected graves and contact survivors and descendants of the deceased servicemembers

Authorizes $500,000 per year in appropriations for contracts with qualified nonprofit organizations, with priority given to organizations demonstrating relevant capability and expertise

Program duration is 10 fiscal years from the date of enactment
