States must report all Medicaid payments from federal funds made to abortion providers within 60 days after each fiscal year ends, submitting reports to the Secretary of Health and Human Services and publishing them on state websites

Reports must include payment amounts, purposes, year-over-year comparisons, number of abortions performed by each provider, gestational age for each abortion, and method of abortion used

"Abortion provider" is defined broadly to include entities that perform or refer for abortions, as well as entities that control or are controlled by such providers

The Secretary of HHS must submit a compiled summary report to the House Energy and Commerce Committee and Senate Finance Committee within 90 days after each fiscal year

Amends Section 1902(a) of the Social Security Act to require states to comply with these reporting requirements as a condition of their Medicaid state plans
