Transfers approximately 1,082.63 acres of federal land from Olympic National Park to be held in trust by the United States for the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe in Washington State

Land becomes part of the Lower Elwha Indian Reservation and is exempt from federal valuation, appraisal, or equalization requirements

Portions of the Elwha River within the transferred land must be managed in accordance with the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, with exceptions for modifications under the Elwha River Ecosystem and Fisheries Restoration Act

Gaming is prohibited on the transferred land under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act

Treaty rights under the 1855 Treaty of Point No Point between the United States and S'Klallams Indians remain unaffected
