Approximately 72 acres of land in Washington State (designated as "Allotment 1157") would be transferred from the Forest Service to the Department of the Interior and placed into trust for the Quinault Indian Nation

The transferred land would become part of the Quinault Indian Reservation and be administered under federal laws governing tribal trust property

Gaming activities under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act are explicitly prohibited on the transferred land

The bill preserves all existing treaty rights under the Treaty of Olympia (1855-1856) between the United States and the Qui-nai-elt and Quil-leh-ute Indians

The Secretary of the Interior must disclose any hazardous substances or contaminants on the land but is not required to remediate or clean them up
