Reauthorizes the Department of Defense's authority to sell surplus aircraft and parts to entities providing wildfire suppression services, with the authorization period running from the date of enactment through October 1, 2035

Expands permitted aircraft capabilities to include dropping water in addition to fire retardant for wildfire suppression purposes

Restricts aircraft sold under this authority to be used exclusively for providing aircraft services for wildfire suppression purposes

Amends the Wildfire Suppression Aircraft Transfer Act of 1996 (Public Law 104–307) to implement these modifications
