Establishes that the Poarch Band of Creek Indians shall be considered "now under Federal jurisdiction" as of June 18, 1934, for purposes of the Indian Reorganization Act (25 U.S.C. 5101 et seq.)

Reaffirms all lands previously taken into trust by the United States for the benefit of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians as valid trust land

Ratifies and confirms the Secretary of the Interior's past actions in taking lands into trust for the tribe under the Indian Reorganization Act
