Creates a federal civil cause of action allowing victims of nonconsensual intimate digital forgeries (AI-generated deepfakes) to sue those who knowingly produce, possess with intent to disclose, disclose, or solicit such content without consent

Provides liquidated damages of $150,000, or $250,000 if the conduct was related to sexual assault, stalking, or harassment, plus actual damages, attorney fees, and punitive damages

Defines "intimate digital forgery" as AI-generated or digitally manipulated intimate imagery that falsely depicts an identifiable individual and is indistinguishable from authentic imagery to a reasonable person

Establishes a 10-year statute of limitations from the date the victim discovers the violation or turns 18 years old, whichever is later

Permits courts to protect victim privacy through pseudonyms, sealed filings, and protective orders, while preserving State and Tribal authority to enact stronger protections
