Disqualifies health plans covering abortion from receiving ACA premium tax credits, cost-sharing reductions, or small employer health insurance tax credits, effective for plan years beginning after December 31, 2025

Creates exceptions allowing federal funding for abortions in cases of rape, incest, or when a physician certifies the pregnancy endangers the mother's life

Requires health plans to prominently disclose abortion coverage and any related premium surcharges in all marketing materials, enrollment information, and comparison tools
