Comptroller General must begin within 60 days a comprehensive audit of Social Security Administration computer systems and networks accessed by the U.S. DOGE Service, DOGE Temporary Organization, or affiliated employees and volunteers

Audit will identify security vulnerabilities or bugs in software installed, created, or modified by DOGE-affiliated individuals, and determine whether they violated federal privacy laws including the Privacy Act of 1974, Internal Revenue Code section 6103, FISMA, and Social Security Act section 1106

Comptroller General must submit audit findings and recommendations to the Senate Finance Committee, House Ways and Means Committee, and SSA Commissioner within 1 year of enactment

SSA Commissioner must fix identified vulnerabilities or bugs within 90 days of receiving the audit report and submit a status report to Congress
