Creates a federal crime for publicly releasing the name of a federal law enforcement officer with intent to obstruct a criminal investigation or immigration enforcement operation

Defines "federal law enforcement officer" as any U.S. officer, agent, or employee authorized to prevent, detect, investigate, or prosecute violations of federal criminal or immigration law

Establishes penalties of up to 5 years imprisonment, a fine, or both for violations

Amends 18 U.S.C. Section 1510 to expand its scope from covering only criminal investigations to also include immigration enforcement operations

Makes conforming amendments to RICO provisions (Section 1961), wiretap authorization statutes (Section 2516), and pretrial detention conditions (Section 3142)
