Adds audiology services as a covered benefit under Medicare Part B, including hearing and balance assessment services immediately and treatment services beginning January 1, 2027

Allows qualified audiologists to provide services directly to Medicare patients without requiring a physician referral or physician supervision

Sets Medicare payment for audiology services at 80% of the lesser of the actual charge or the fee schedule amount under Section 1848

Requires audiologists to accept assignment-related payment, meaning they must accept Medicare's approved amount as full payment

Includes qualified audiologists as practitioners eligible to provide services at Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), effective January 1, 2027
