Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to make non-citizens deportable if convicted of crimes related to conduct during protests, defacement/vandalism/destruction of federal property, or intentional obstruction of highways, roads, bridges, or tunnels

Requires immediate cancellation of any visa held by a non-citizen convicted of these newly designated deportable offenses

Mandates removal from the United States within 60 days of conviction for covered offenses
