Amends the Fair Credit Reporting Act to replace the term "active duty military consumer" with "armed forces member consumer" for credit monitoring protections

Expands eligibility to include all members of the armed forces regardless of duty status, not just those on active duty

Defines "armed forces" using the definition in section 101(a) of title 10, United States Code

Changes take effect 1 year after the date of enactment
