Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to make assault of a law enforcement officer a deportable offense for any alien convicted of, or admitting to, such conduct

Covers assaults occurring while the officer was performing official duties, because of their official duties, or because of their status as a law enforcement officer

Defines "law enforcement officer" broadly to include those authorized to prevent, detect, investigate, or prosecute crimes, as well as firefighters and other first responders

Requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to submit annual reports to Congress and publish on the DHS website the number of aliens deported under this provision each fiscal year
