Mandates documentation and photographic evidence of assets including real estate holdings inside and outside China, luxury vehicles, yachts, private aircraft, and foreign financial accounts

Requires identification of financial proxies and shell entities used to obscure ownership of wealth, building on ODNI's March 20, 2025 baseline report

Report must be posted on a public ODNI website and submitted to the Senate and House Intelligence Committees, with an optional classified annex for Congress

Requires updated reports within 180 days following any new CCP Central Committee appointment
