Prohibits federal courts from calculating civil damages for projected future earnings based on a plaintiff's race, ethnicity, or sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and intersex traits)

Requires the Secretary of Labor to develop guidance within 180 days for forensic economists to create inclusive future earnings tables that exclude demographic characteristics

Directs the Secretary of Labor and Attorney General to provide guidance to states on removing bias from future earnings calculations in state tort proceedings

Mandates the Judicial Conference to study federal personal injury damages by case type and protected class, with a report to Congress within 18 months

Requires the Federal Judicial Center to train federal judges on implementing the new requirements for future earnings evidence
