Mandates reports every 180 days on the Afghan Fund status, including Taliban members at Da Afghanistan Bank, the Fund's Board of Trustees vetting process, and controls to prevent fund diversion to the Taliban

Establishes U.S. policy to oppose financial or material support to the Taliban by foreign entities and to review U.S. assistance to countries and organizations that have provided such support
