Requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to protect DACA applicant information from disclosure to ICE, Customs and Border Protection, and state, local, or tribal law enforcement agencies for purposes other than implementing the DACA program

Prohibits the Secretary from referring any individual granted deferred action under DACA to ICE, CBP, the Department of Justice, or any other law enforcement agency

Permits sharing of individual application information with national security and law enforcement agencies only for identifying or preventing fraudulent claims, particularized national security purposes, or investigating felonies unrelated to immigration status

Covers all personally identifiable information submitted in DACA applications since the program's inception on June 15, 2012
