Directs the Secretary of State, in consultation with the Secretary of Commerce, to negotiate with Australia, India, and Japan to establish an Economic Security Working Group within the Quad partnership

Working Group would coordinate on securing critical infrastructure, bolstering supply chain resiliency, conducting crisis simulation exercises for economic coercion scenarios, and serving as an emergency response mechanism for supply chain disruptions

Requires the Secretary to submit reports to Congress identifying critical national security supply chains and Indo-Pacific regional partners upon commencement of negotiations

U.S. representation on the Working Group would be at the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State level or equivalent

No additional funds are authorized; implementation must use existing appropriations
