Adds "pharmacist services" as a covered benefit under Medicare Part B, allowing Medicare to pay for services pharmacists are legally authorized to perform under state law that would otherwise be covered if furnished by a physician

Covers evaluation, testing, and treatment visits for COVID-19, influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and strep throat, as well as services addressing public health emergencies declared under section 319 of the Public Health Service Act

Sets Medicare payment at 80% of the lesser of actual charges or 85% of the physician fee schedule rate (100% for public health emergency-related services)

Prohibits pharmacists from balance billing Medicare patients above the approved payment amounts

Applies to services furnished on or after January 1, 2026
