Repeals Section 71120 of Public Law 119–21, which made changes to Medicaid cost sharing requirements under Title XIX of the Social Security Act

Rescinds all funding appropriated under Section 71120(c) of Public Law 119–21 related to the Medicaid cost sharing changes

Repeals Section 71203 of Public Law 119–21, which modified the orphan drug exclusion under Medicare's Drug Price Negotiation Program

Restores previous law by requiring Title XIX (Medicaid) and Title XI of the Social Security Act to be applied as if the repealed sections had never been enacted
