Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish national relative value units under Medicare's physician fee schedule for qualifying pediatric technologies starting January 1, 2026, upon manufacturer request

Defines qualifying pediatric technology as FDA-approved medical devices covered under Medicare that have temporary Level I HCPCS codes and are either used predominantly in pediatric procedures or specifically designed for safe use in pediatric populations

Establishes a timeline where manufacturer requests submitted by May 1 will be addressed in that year's rulemaking process; requests after May 1 will be processed the following year

Allows the Secretary to use contractor pricing information, claims data, time and motion studies, and invoice information to establish payment rates for these technologies

Clarifies that the bill does not require Medicare coverage of any pediatric technology or alter existing medical necessity requirements
