Secretary of State may deny visas and the Attorney General/DHS Secretary may deny admission or immigration benefits to current or former government officials responsible for or complicit in forced repatriation of Uyghurs or other persecuted ethnic/religious groups to China

Cases must be referred to Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control to determine whether to block property transfers and financial transactions involving designated officials

Secretary of State may waive restrictions if in the national interest or if circumstances causing ineligibility have sufficiently changed

Reports required to Congress within 90 days of enactment and every 180 days thereafter, detailing officials denied entry and waivers granted with justifications

Provisions terminate 5 years after enactment
