Secretary of Health and Human Services authorized to award grants to states for programs that increase early detection of and intervention for uterine fibroids, including public awareness and education campaigns

Grant funds may be used for screening procedures, advanced gynecological imaging, patient navigation services, and facilitating access to health care settings

HHS required to conduct or support research on uterine fibroid early detection and formulate evidence-based strategies for implementation in health care settings

Additional research grants available for studies on disparities in pain control and management during uterine fibroid surgical treatment, as well as Asherman's Syndrome and other intrauterine conditions

Secretary must submit reports to Congress every 2 years summarizing grant program findings and research developments, with reports made publicly available on the HHS website
