Requires the Attorney General to publicly release within 30 days all unclassified DOJ and FBI records related to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, including investigations, flight logs, immunity deals, and documentation of Epstein's detention and death

Prohibits withholding documents based on embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity to government officials, public figures, or foreign dignitaries

Allows limited redactions only for victim/child witness privacy, child pornography, active federal investigations, images of death or abuse, and properly classified national security information

Mandates the Attorney General publish justifications for all redactions in the Federal Register and submit them to Congress, with requirements to declassify information to the maximum extent possible

Requires a report to the Senate and House Judiciary Committees within 15 days of release, listing all materials disclosed or withheld and naming all government officials, public figures, or foreign dignitaries referenced in the released documents
