Amends the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo and Alabama and Coushatta Indian Tribes of Texas Restoration Act (Public Law 100-89) to make the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (25 U.S.C. 2701 et seq.) fully applicable to gaming on these two tribes' Indian lands

Eliminates overlapping regulatory language by striking sections 107 and 207 from the Texas Restoration Act, which currently create redundant gaming regulations for these tribes

Addresses the June 15, 2022 Supreme Court ruling that created a unique regulatory situation where only these two Texas tribes operate under dual gaming frameworks

Ensures the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo and Alabama-Coushatta Tribe are regulated in the same manner as the over 200 Indian tribes in 28 states currently operating under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act
