Authorizes the Secretary of Health and Human Services to publicly release accreditation surveys for hospitals and psychiatric hospitals, beginning 2 years after enactment

Requires national accreditation bodies to include Form CMS-2567 (or a standardized successor form) in all accreditation surveys conducted under Medicare

Mandates publication of psychiatric hospital certification and accreditation survey information on the CMS Care Compare website to help consumers make informed healthcare decisions

Requires HHS to work with accreditation organizations and psychiatric hospitals to determine what information is appropriate to disclose and how it should be formatted

Prohibits disclosure of information that would violate HIPAA privacy regulations or allow identification of individual patients or healthcare providers
