Annual reports for 5 years must assess PRC goals, pressure tactics, and influence campaigns in these countries, along with State Department actions to counter Taiwan's diplomatic isolation

Secretary of State must brief Congress within 60 days on U.S. efforts supporting Taiwan's response to PRC malign influence operations, including propaganda, election interference, and cyber-intrusions

Requires a separate 60-day briefing assessing U.S. and Taiwan military posture and whether current policies sufficiently deter PRC efforts to determine Taiwan's future by non-peaceful means
