Revokes Public Land Order 3309 (dated January 17, 1964) and transfers jurisdiction over the affected land to the Secretary of the Interior

Requires the Secretary to place approximately 265 acres into trust for the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians within 180 days of enactment: 80 acres of BLM land and 185 acres of Indian Creek Ranch land

Declares the transferred land part of the Tribe's reservation, to be administered under federal trust laws applicable to Indian Tribes

Prohibits the use of transferred land for any Class II or Class III gaming under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act

Authorizes the Secretary to conduct surveys and make minor corrections to legal land descriptions as necessary to correct clerical, typographical, and surveying errors
