Reserves 25,000 visas for professional nurses and 15,000 visas for physicians

Exempts these visas from per-country numerical limitations and issues them in order of priority date when the visa petition was filed

Requires premium processing without fees from USCIS and expedited processing from the State Department for these applications

Mandates employers attest that hiring the immigrant nurse has not displaced and will not displace a United States worker
