Authorizes a land exchange between the U.S. Forest Service and the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation (San Manuel Band of Mission Indians) in San Bernardino County, California

Transfers approximately 1,475 acres of National Forest System land to the Nation in exchange for approximately 1,460 acres of Nation-owned land, which would become part of San Bernardino National Forest

Reserves an easement for Forest Service access and use of roads 1N22, 1N24, and 1N25 on the transferred federal land

Requires the Nation to enter into an agreement within 120 days of enactment to preserve the historical and cultural integrity of the Arrowhead landmark site located on the federal land

Exempts the exchange from standard appraisal and equal-value requirements under Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976
