Amends Medicare Part B to cover pharmacist services when performed in health professional shortage areas, medically underserved areas, or medically underserved populations

Pharmacists may bill Medicare for services they are legally authorized to perform under state law that would otherwise be covered if furnished by a physician

Medicare will pay 80% of the lesser of the actual charge or 85% of the physician fee schedule amount for covered pharmacist services

Secretary of Health and Human Services must develop pharmacist-specific billing codes under the physician fee schedule

Effective date for coverage is January 1, 2027
