Prohibits knowingly communicating materially false information about election time, place, or voter eligibility within 60 days of a federal election with intent to prevent voting, punishable by up to 1 year imprisonment and fines

Bans using generative artificial intelligence to produce false election information with intent to suppress votes, and prohibits operating fake polling places or ballot boxes that falsely claim to be official government locations

Creates a private right of action allowing aggrieved persons to sue for injunctive relief and attorney's fees, and requires the Attorney General to issue corrective information when false election communications are identified and state/local officials fail to act

Expands voter intimidation protections to cover election workers involved in ballot processing, tabulation, canvassing, and certification of results, and makes it illegal to pay someone not to vote

Requires the Attorney General to submit reports to Congress within 180 days of each federal general election documenting all deceptive practice allegations, investigations, corrective actions taken, and any resulting civil or criminal prosecutions
