Stop ANTIFA Act of 2025 (S. 2936)

• Designates Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization and directs all executive branch agencies to investigate, disrupt, and dismantle operations conducted by Antifa or those claiming to act on its behalf, including prosecuting funders

• Requires the National Joint Terrorism Task Force to coordinate a national strategy investigating political violence, terrorism, and conspiracies against rights, including examining funders, NGOs, and foreign connections

• Directs the Treasury Department to identify and disrupt financial networks funding domestic terrorism, and requires the IRS to ensure no tax-exempt entities finance political violence, with referrals to DOJ for prosecution

• Prioritizes federal prosecution of crimes including assaulting federal officers, conspiracy against rights, money laundering, terrorism funding, arson, and RICO violations

• Designates domestic terrorism as a national priority area and requires development of grant programs to fund state and local law enforcement detection and prevention efforts
