Extends the transition payment rules for durable medical equipment (DME) in non-rural, non-contiguous areas through December 31, 2025, under 42 CFR 414.210(g)(9)(v)

Delays implementation of 42 CFR 414.210(g)(9)(vi) until January 1, 2026, affecting payment rates in all areas for items previously in the 2021 DMEPOS competitive bidding program

Applies to Medicare payment adjustments for items formerly included in round 2021 of the DMEPOS (Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies) competitive bidding program

Grants the Secretary of Health and Human Services authority to implement these provisions through program instruction without additional rulemaking
