Requires group health plans and individual health insurance to cover prostate cancer screenings without cost-sharing (no copays, deductibles, or coinsurance) for high-risk men age 40 and over

Defines high-risk men as African-American men and men with a family history of prostate cancer, including those with first-degree relatives diagnosed with prostate cancer or carrying genetic alterations associated with increased risk

Amends Section 2713(a) of the Public Health Service Act to add prostate cancer screenings to the list of preventive services that must be covered without cost-sharing

Effective for plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2025
